1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 788wi ("788wi", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 788wi website located at https://788wi.games and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting, and all account-related services.

By accessing the 788wi platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager — whether in PKR or otherwise — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 788wi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the 788wi platform. Continued use of 788wi after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 788wi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending verification.

2.2 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to hold a 788wi account or use the platform in any capacity:

• Any person under eighteen (18) years of age;
• Any person who has previously been self-excluded from 788wi or any affiliated platform;
• Any person accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where accessing the platform would constitute a criminal offence;
• Any employee, director, officer, or contractor of 788wi or its affiliates, or any immediate family member thereof;

2.3 Player Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of 788wi is lawful in their jurisdiction. 788wi does not warrant or represent that access to the platform is legal in any specific location. Pakistan players are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws or regulations.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active 788wi account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where 788wi identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all such accounts may be closed, pending balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information, including a false date of birth for the purpose of bypassing the age restriction, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788wi Login credentials, including your username and password. 788wi recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify 788wi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 788wi will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

788wi reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of residential address, and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

788wi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistan players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, general bank transfer (major Pakistan banks), and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 788wi and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your 788wi account dashboard at the time of transaction. All amounts are denominated in PKR. 788wi does not impose currency conversion at any stage.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from a 788wi account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed identity verification (KYC) in accordance with Section 3.4;
• The withdrawal must be processed using the same payment method as the deposit where reasonably practicable;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• A minimum of one deposit must have been made and a genuine wagering activity must have been conducted before a withdrawal is processed;
• 788wi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding 500,000 PKR.

4.4 Processing Times

788wi aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Funds Security

Player funds held in 788wi accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. 788wi does not use player funds for operational expenses. However, 788wi player funds are not protected by any government deposit insurance scheme, and players should be aware that 788wi's insolvency could affect the recovery of account balances.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and game rounds on 788wi are final once confirmed. 788wi does not accept requests to void, cancel, or alter bets after they have been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game or betting event. In such circumstances, 788wi's decision shall be final.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 788wi. These limits are displayed within the game interface and account dashboard. 788wi reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time, including imposing individual account limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or communications interruption during a game round or betting event, 788wi reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a malfunction has led to an erroneous payout, 788wi reserves the right to recover any amounts paid in error.

5.4 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

All sports betting markets on 788wi, including cricket, basketball, and football markets, are governed by 788wi's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, applicable rules regarding settlement will be applied as stated in the Sports Betting Rules. In-play markets on events such as HBL Pakistan Super League matches are subject to suspension or cancellation at 788wi's discretion.

5.5 Cockfighting Rules

Cockfighting betting on 788wi is governed by specific rules relating to the live arena format, event validity, and result determination. These rules are displayed within the 788wi Cockfighting section and constitute part of these Terms. All arena results as broadcast are final once confirmed by 788wi.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 788wi are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each promotion is made available. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all 788wi bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

788wi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 788wi reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

6.4 Welcome Offer

The 788wi welcome offer is available to new Pakistan players making their first qualifying deposit. The offer is available to one individual per household, IP address, email address, and payment method. 788wi reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Players using the 788wi platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any 788wi game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 788wi platform — such issues must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the 788wi platform;
• Using the 788wi platform to conduct any transaction on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent from 788wi;
• Posting, transmitting, or uploading abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content through any 788wi communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any element of the 788wi platform or its underlying technology.

788wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 788wi platform, including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the 788wi brand name itself, is the exclusive property of 788wi or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 788wi platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any 788wi content. Any unauthorised use of 788wi intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wi shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the 788wi platform, including but not limited to:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss, including loss of wagered amounts, expected winnings, or account balances;
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the 788wi platform, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or factors beyond 788wi's reasonable control;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals where such delay is caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your 788wi account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials;
• Any decisions you make in relation to betting or gaming activity on 788wi — all wagering decisions are your own, made freely and at your sole risk.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

788wi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://788wi.games/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 788wi Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, date of birth, address, payment details, and betting history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes. 788wi does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

788wi is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistan players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, configurable from your account settings at any time;
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds over defined periods, after which further play is suspended until the period resets;

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 788wi

788wi reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, without prior notice, where 788wi has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player is in breach of these Terms; the player's activity poses a money laundering, fraud, or regulatory risk; the account is the subject of a dispute or investigation; or account security has been compromised.

12.2 Termination by 788wi

788wi may permanently close a player account and withhold any balance where: the player has provided false registration information; the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; or the player has committed fraud or attempted to defraud 788wi or other players.

12.3 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 788wi account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to identity verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

788wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 788wi will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 788wi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using 788wi and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 788wi is incorporated and operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and 788wi, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the 788wi support team at [email protected]. 788wi will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, 788wi may refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer in Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.
